In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

"Platform" / "cpc88"

"Account"

The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed in your account's withdrawal interface at the time of request.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the cpc88 platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or retracted by the player. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and market type — before confirming any wager. cpc88 will not accept claims of accidental or erroneous bet placement after confirmation.

Sportsbook: All sporting bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant competition or event as determined by the governing body. For cricket markets, results are determined by the official scorecards issued by the relevant ICC, BPL, or board authority. In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or voided event, cpc88's specific sport-and-market rules will govern whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cpc88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cpc88 platform;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, match schedules, or promotional offers;
• Any interruption to the platform caused by events outside cpc88's reasonable control, including power outages, internet service disruptions, third-party system failures, natural disasters, or government action;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security as required by Section 3 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit cpc88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for any form of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by cpc88.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the specific game and sport rules published on the cpc88 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and cpc88 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings between you and cpc88 on the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

cpc88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the cpc88 platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
